an okay stay.

my room was the premium room spa access, and it was spacious. the beds were comfortable, so i get good nights sleep. reception staff helped me order taxis, it was nice. the poolside bar have great food and drinks, good place.
soundproofing in my room it was not good. i could hear noise from next door. there wasn't a duvet cover on the duvet. the duvet look ratty, it was strange, so i get cold.

the room assigned to me featured a spacious balcony. housekeeping maintained perfect standards throughout my stay. the airport transfers arranged by the hotel proved efficient.
i found no bathrobes or flannels. the hotel charges for drinking water, which i consider quite cheap.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. They provided ample space. i noticed a large shower along with a sizable tv, it even had british channels. i found the balcony quite lovely! the staff were really friendly. They were always eager to help.
i did notice the wi-fi connection was sometimes weak, and , made streaming content a little frustrating, at times.

The outdoor pool area featured palm trees and flowerbeds, a plus. the indoor pool offered a relaxing area, very good for unwinding. I also saw an attractive outdoor pool.

I experienced amazing customer service, especially from andrea! there was a massage therapist. She was really dedicated. the restaurant staff were also attentive, delivering excellent service. the team really tries hard.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit and pastries. This made for a good start to each day. The hotel had tennis courts and a gym. These allowed me to maintain my exercise routine. The spa services were really good.
